Forge 13 LLC ("Forge 13," "we," "us") operates the educational trading platform at forge13.live, its Discord community, and related tools (the "Service"). This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. Questions: support@forge13.live.
If you join our Discord community, we may link your Discord username to your membership to assign the correct roles, and our bots see the messages you post in the server's channels. Discord's own privacy policy governs the Discord platform itself.
Some tools (for example trade analysis and the Discord briefing bot) generate responses with the help of a third-party AI provider (Anthropic). The text you submit to those tools is sent to that provider to generate the response. Do not include personal information about yourself or others in those inputs.
Your trading journal, check-ins, saved analyses and preferences are stored in your browser's local storage on your device. They are not transmitted to or stored on our servers (except briefly, if you move between our domains, to carry that data to the new address). Clearing your browser data deletes them; use the Export button in Settings to keep a copy.
Like most websites we automatically receive your IP address, browser type and the pages you request. We use this for security (rate limiting, abuse prevention), to measure which version of our public storefront visitors see, and to keep the Service running. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.
We do not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the Service, under their own privacy commitments: Stripe (payments), Railway (hosting), Namecheap (email), Discord (community), and Anthropic (AI-generated responses). We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights and the safety of our members.
We use a small number of essential cookies: a login cookie that keeps you signed in, and a cookie that remembers which version of our public storefront you were shown. We do not use advertising cookies. You can clear cookies in your browser at any time; you will need to log in again.
We keep account and billing records for as long as you are a member and afterwards as needed for tax, accounting and legal purposes. Technical logs are kept for a limited period and then deleted. Data stored in your browser stays until you clear it.
Connections to the Service are encrypted (HTTPS). Login sessions use signed tokens, access to our systems is limited to those who need it, and payment data is handled entirely by Stripe. No system is perfectly secure, so please keep your access code private and contact us if you suspect misuse.
The Service is for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
We may update this policy as the Service changes. Material changes will be announced through the Service or by email, and the "Last updated" date above will reflect the current version.
